    Random is right, Steph… but a very interesting photo selection. (Keep ’em coming!) We love to follow your exploits in words and photos. But did the cow butchering take place in (a Northern Hemisphere) summer — or in a Southern Hemisphere winter? : ) Did you actually (even partially) “butcher a cow” in NZ?
