In the “Fieldwork” menu of my blog, you’ll find posts written from certain field sites. In these posts I vary between describing fieldwork, camp life, and whatever happens to be on my mind. Typically these are posted through satellite email connections, meaning I can’t include photos in the posts due to very limited data allowances. Sorry about that! Hopefully the posts still provide a taste of what life in remote field camps is like.

Working as a seasonal wildlife field biologist means I’ve worked many, many jobs. For anyone who’s interested in knowing which animals I’ve worked with and where my “middle of nowhere” jobs have been, I present the following list.
